We also collect a limited amount of technical session data (a session identifier, the step you are on, timestamps, and basic browser/IP metadata) so the quote builder can save your progress and so we can troubleshoot issues.

By submitting our quote form and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive customer care SMS text messages from Premier Solar CT related to your inquiry, including quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling, project status updates, and customer service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Technologies

Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We do not use these advertising technologies to share your electricity bill documents, the data extracted from them, or your SMS opt-in status. You can limit this tracking using the controls described in Section 7.

  • SMS & email delivery: Telecom and email providers used to send the messages you opt in to.
  • Analytics & advertising partners: Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel and Conversions API), used to measure site usage and ad performance as described in Section 4. Contact information shared with Meta for ad matching is hashed before transmission.

6. Data Retention

We retain quote-builder data and uploaded documents for as long as we are actively working with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for warranty, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request earlier deletion of your information by contacting us using the details below; we will honor the request unless we are required to retain it by law.

7. Your Choices & Rights

  • Access & deletion: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at info@premiersolarct.com.
  • SMS: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for support.
  • Quote uploads: You can decline to upload a bill. Our team will collect that information another way during your consultation.
  • Cookies & advertising: You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. You can control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Many browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" or global privacy control signal.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information, including transport encryption (HTTPS) for data in transit, private storage with restricted access for uploaded documents, and access controls on the systems that store your data.
