See Section 4 for details on how this is used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Generate a preliminary solar estimate for your address based on publicly available satellite and solar-irradiance data.
- Read uploaded electricity bills to estimate the usage and cost we'll use to size your system. A member of our team may review any upload before it is finalized.

- Communicate with you regarding your appointment or quote status.
- Measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising, including understanding which ads and pages lead to quote requests.

By submitting our quote form and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive customer care SMS text messages from Premier Solar CT related to your inquiry, including quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling, project status updates, and customer service. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel tools, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect technical information such as your IP address, user agent, the pages you view, and an advertising identifier.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API. When you take certain actions on the Site (for example, submitting a quote form or reaching a step in the quote builder), we send a corresponding event to Meta both from your browser (the Pixel) and from our servers (the Conversions API). To help Meta match the event to an account for ad measurement, we may include contact information you provided, such as your name, email address, and phone number. This information is cryptographically hashed (SHA-256) before it is transmitted, so Meta does not receive your contact details in readable form. We use this to measure conversions, reduce duplicate reporting, and improve the relevance of the ads we run. Meta processes this data in accordance with its own data policy.
We do not use these advertising technologies to share your electricity bill documents, the data extracted from them, or your SMS opt-in status. You can limit this tracking using the controls described in Section 7.
5. Information Sharing & Service Providers
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to outside parties. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
The categories of service providers we use include:
- Lead & quote processing: Vendors that help us intake quote requests, save progress in the quote builder, and route information to our team.
- Cloud hosting & document storage: Hosting providers that store uploaded electricity bills and structured quote data in private (non-public) storage.
- Address & solar lookup: Mapping and solar-data providers used to look up your address and estimate roof potential.
- Document processing: Providers that help us read uploaded bills to extract usage and cost. Your uploads are not used by us to train public AI models.
- SMS & email delivery: Telecom and email providers used to send the messages you opt in to.
- Analytics & advertising partners: Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel and Conversions API), used to measure site usage and ad performance as described in Section 4. Contact information shared with Meta for ad matching is hashed before transmission.
6. Data Retention
We retain quote-builder data and uploaded documents for as long as we are actively working with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for warranty, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request earlier deletion of your information by contacting us using the details below; we will honor the request unless we are required to retain it by law.
7. Your Choices & Rights
- Access & deletion: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at info@premiersolarct.com.

You can control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Many browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" or global privacy control signal.
8. Data Security
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information, including transport encryption (HTTPS) for data in transit, private storage with restricted access for uploaded documents, and access controls on the systems that store your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
